This Privacy Policy does not apply to the way we process consumer credit information in our role as a vendor to the businesses we serve. If you are an individual consumer and/or prospect of one of our businesses we serve (i.e. our business customers use our soft pull credit report services to help individual consumers pre-qualify for a loan), please contact the business we serve directly for information regarding how they use the personal information gathered from our Services.

1. Whose personal information do we collect?

Qualify Wizard obtains information from various entities. These entities are defined below by what they are referred to in this Privacy Policy as and when their information is collected. Entities may overlap and are not exclusive categories.

• Website Visitors: when you visit this website or contact us directly for information

• Business Customers: when you engage Qualify Wizard for more information and/or request to subscribe for our services.

• Individual Consumers: when we process information of consumer and/or prospects of our business customer when they seek to pre-qualify for a loan by way of the service we provide.

2. What types of personal information do we collect?

Information You Give Us Directly.

You may give us information by signing up for services with Qualify Wizard, entering information through our online forms or surveys, providing information during our sales or marketing events, conventions, business meetings or contacting us by phone or email for information or customer service.

The categories of information include:

• Contact information, such as name, title, company, address, email, and telephone numbers

• Online identifiers, such as IP address, cookies, username, and password Financial information, such as bank account information or credit card information generally used by our business customers as payment methods for our services.

• Professional, educational, or employment related information, such as the information contained in your resume and any other information required to verify your qualifications, for recruitment, contract services and/or employment at Qualify Wizard.

Information About End Users We Collect from Credit Bureaus.

If our Customer has engaged the services of Qualify Wizard provides our business customers, we may collect information about consumers from credit bureaus on behalf of the Customer. These credit reports are subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and include the following categories of information:

• Contact information, such as name, title, company, address, email, and telephone number

• Commercial information, including records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies

• Professional or employment-related information

• Inferences drawn from any of the information identified in this subdivision to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, and credit behavior

Information We Automatically Collect.

We collect information from visitors to our Site, that your browser sends when you are browsing.

This includes Log Data, such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Sites that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics, and whether you reached our page via a social media or email campaign. This information may be collected via several technologies, including reached our page cookies, web beacons, clear GIFs, canvas fingerprinting and other means. You can control cookies in your browser to enable or disable them.

5. How do we respond to ‘do not track’ signals?

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. DNT is a way for users to inform websites and services that they do not want certain information about their webpage visits collected over time and across websites or online services. We do not recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals, as the Internet industry is currently still working toward defining exactly what DNT means, what it means to comply with DNT, and common approach to responding to DNT.

To make our Sites and services work properly, we sometimes place small data files called cookies on your device. We use Google Analytics. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this site. Google Ads.

We also use Google Ads to deliver tailored advertising on our Sites and other websites that you may visit. You can learn more about how to control advertising cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative’s Consumer Opt-Out link, the DAA’s Consumer Opt-Out link for browsers, or the DAA’s opt-out link for mobile devices. If you have questions or concerns about information on your credit report, please contact the three major credit bureaus (more information here).

Exercising Your Privacy Rights:

We have listed the privacy rights for several jurisdictions below and we understand you may have additional rights in your jurisdiction. We will consider your request in accordance with applicable laws.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California consumer, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

• The right to know what personal information is being collected about you.

• The right to know whether your personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom.

• The right to say no the sale of personal information.

• The right to access your personal information.

• The right, in certain circumstances, to delete the information you have provided to us.

• The right to equal service and price, even if you exercise your privacy rights.

*Please note that consumer credit information is governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and not the California Consumer Privacy Act and may be exempt from some of the rights above.

Request for Information and Deletion.

California consumers have the right to request, up to twice in a 12-month period, that a business that collects personal information about the consumer disclose to the consumer the information listed below for the preceding 12 months. We have the right to request verification of your identity for all requests for information.

1. The categories of personal information it has collected about that consumer.

2. The categories of sources from which the personal information is collected.

3. The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information.

4. The categories of third parties with whom the business shares personal information.

5. The categories of personal information that the business sold about the consumer and the categories of third parties to whom the personal information was sold, by category or categories of personal information for each third party to whom the personal information was sold.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information.

California consumers have the right to opt out of the sale of the consumer’s personal information. Qualify Wizard does not sell your email address, contact information, or other marketing information to third parties. However, under the CCPA, some sharing of personal information necessary to provide you with personalized ads may be considered a “sale,” even if no money is exchanged.

Third Party Marketing.
