Qualify Wizard obtains information from various entities. These entities are defined below by what they are referred to in this Privacy Policy as and when their information is collected. Entities may overlap and are not exclusive categories.

If our Customer has engaged the services of Qualify Wizard provides our business customers, we may collect information about consumers from credit bureaus on behalf of the Customer. These credit reports are subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and include the following categories of information:
• Contact information, such as name, title, company, address, email, and telephone number
• Commercial information, including records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies
• Professional or employment-related information
• Inferences drawn from any of the information identified in this subdivision to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, and credit behavior
Information We Automatically Collect.
We collect information from visitors to our Site, that your browser sends when you are browsing.
This includes Log Data, such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Sites that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics, and whether you reached our page via a social media or email campaign.
